3 flaky crust cake with caramel cream

250 gr flour
150 gr butter
4 spoons cream
1 egg
1 cup of milk
3 spoons of sugar
1 point of a knife with bicarbonate of sodium or 1 baking powder

From all we make the dough of which we make three crusts (flaky crusts) that are baked on the bottom of the baking tin. (the tin isn't greased but powdered with a little flour)
